Find your short stay ideal apartment

Use our quick search tool in the side bar. Simply fill in your dates and the number of people and click ‘search apartments’, and the system will display all matching apartments available, along with the total price for each.

You can view the list in 3 different ways: map, list view or photos. on the right you’ll find filters to organise your search by price, travel zone, location or size of apartment.

Click on the apartment you like for more information, including pictures, description, Google map & street view, floor plan, price, amenities included and more. The total price will also be displayed.

Quick, straightforward booking

We just ask for an advance payment of 15% of the total price. This can be paid by bank transfer, card, or Paypal.

To complete your booking, simply fill in the form with your name, surname and email address, and select a payment method.

We accept the following payment options:

CARD: we accept Master Card, JCB, Maestro, and Visa. Our system is connected with the Barclaycard secure payment system.

PAYPAL: this will redirect you to the PayPal payment page.

BANK TRANSFER: if you select this method, you will be redirected inside our reserved area and you will find all details to proceed with your bank transfer.

After this you will receive an email with username and password for your private ‘my reservations’ area where you can proceed with the 15% advance payment, check all details of your reservation and communicate directly with us.

Instant booking


FOR A STAY OF 60 NIGHTS OR LESS

If you’re staying 60 nights or less, you can take advantage of our Instant Booking feature to make your reservation.

Select the dates of reservation straightaway, hassle-free — especially useful for last minute bookings or if you need to book outside office hours.

To use our Instant Booking feature, use the form in the sidebar to the right. Be sure to select the ‘BOOK NOW’ tab, input your dates and number of people, view the options, and click on ‘BOOK NOW’.

To complete your booking, all you’ll need to do is complete the form with your name, surname and email address, and select your payment method. We just ask for an advance payment of 15% of the total price, with the rest due on arrival. For more information, visit our ‘how to book’ page.

STAYING MORE THAN 60 NIGHTS?

For a stay of 61 nights or more, Instant Booking isn’t available, and you need to book with us directly.

In this case, you’ll have the benefit of a personal payment plan and payment on a monthly basis.



How to request a quote


Our booking department will receive your enquiry and answer all your questions

Try this feature if you’re not ready for Instant Booking. If you’ve found a flat you like, but still have some queries or need further information, you send us an enquiry via the form in the sidebar to the right.

Simply make sure you select the ‘ENQUIRY’ tab. Then, input your dates and the number of people, provide an email address for us to respond to, and add your short message.

Our booking department will receive your enquiry and will answer all your questions.



Extentions


Need to extend your stay? We’re always happy to oblige!

We simply ask you to send us an email via our contact form or chat directly with us.

We will then check the availability of the property you are renting, and confirm whether it is possible to extend your stay.

If the apartment is available for your new dates, the rate will be the same as the original rate, regardless of the duration of your extension. If you would like to extend your stay for longer than the original stay, we will offer you our best rate.

When you confirm your extension, the 15% advance payment for the new total rent will be required.

If your current apartment is not available for part or all of your requested extended dates, then we will do our best to find a suitable alternative.
