Find you ideal apartment

To start your search for the perfect apartment, start by visiting our home page. There, you will be able to enter your desired arrival/departure dates in to the search field. Then, press SEARCH to browse all the apartments that are available for the indicated time frame.

Keep in mind that there are extra filters and categories that can help you fine-tune your search.

Click on your favourite apartment to see more information, including location, pictures, and total price (including any promotions that may be active). By clicking BOOK from inside the property listing, you will be able to see the breakdown of your bill. This includes the 30% prepayment that is required to secure the reservation, and the balance that is to be paid on arrival to the property.

Quick straightforward booking

To complete the reservation form, please enter your name, surname, email address, and select a payment method. In order to secure your reservation, we request that you complete a payment of 30% of the total amount. This can be paid by card or PayPal.

  • PayPal: selecting PayPal will redirect you to a secure PayPal payment page.

Instant booking


FOR A STAY OF 60 NIGHTS OR LESS

If you are staying for less than 60 nights, you can take full advantage of our instant booking feature to complete your reservation. This hassle-free procedure is conducted entirely online and can be done outside of office hours – exceptionally useful for last minute reservations.

To use our Instant Booking feature, use the form to the right of the property description (on any apartment listing). Be sure to enter the correct arrival/departure dates, and the number of guests, before clicking BOOK NOW to proceed with the reservation.

To complete the booking, you will be required to pay 30% of the total amount (with the balance due on arrival). More information can be found on the “How to Book” page.

Staying more than 60 nights

For reservations of 61 nights and over, booking on our website is not possible – you will have to contact us directly to complete your reservation. You can do this by contacting us via the online chat, email (info@shortlet-london.com), or by calling us at +44 (0)20 3805 3030 (opening hours and international phone numbers can be found at the bottom left of our website). By doing so, you will benefit from a personalised payment plan that is broken up in to monthly instalments.


How to request a quote


If you have found an apartment that you like but are not yet ready to commit to an Instant Booking, you can instead contact us about the property. To complete an enquiry, please click CONTACT on the form to the right of the property description (inside the apartment listing).

You will be redirected to an inquiry form where you will be asked to fill out your details and adjust your arrival/departure dates. After submitting the form, our colleague will get back to you and answer any questions you may have.



Extensions


Need to extend your stay with us?

We are always happy to oblige! All you need to do is contact via the online chat, email (info@shortlet-london.com), or by calling us at +44 (0)20 3805 3030 (opening hours and international phone numbers can be found at the bottom left of our website).

We will then check the property’s availability and inform you whether it is possible to extend your stay in the same apartment. If the apartment is available for the new dates, the rate per night will be the same as what you are currently paying, regardless of the duration (unless the extension duration is longer than your original stay, then the rate will be recalculated).

If the current apartment is unavailable, we will offer an array of suitable alternatives.
