Welcome instructions for your stay with Short Let London

What to do when you arrive in London

Welcome instructions

Once the booking is made you will receive a booking confirmation with the property address, our arrival contact number, and key collection instructions.

We will also send you an arrival confirmation email to arrange the time of the check-in.

Our standard check-in time is from 14:00 until 20:00.

We know that not all flights land at sociable hours. If you arrive before or after our standard check-in time, we’re happy to offer you a Early and Late check-in. They are on request (extra fee of £20) and subject to availability. Please contact us before you make a booking if you have a late or early arrival or other specific requests.

We know that London can seem like a big city, especially for first time visitors. So we’ve put together information to help you find you way to your apartment easily and quickly. Check our how to reach our apartments page for all the details.

On arrival in London, you need to contact us 1 hour before your arrival at your apartment (or after your landing). You will have a specific arrival contact number. This step is important because we need to confirm with you the exact time of your arrival at your apartment in order to avoid any waiting.

Our welcome agent will meet you at your booked apartment. They will warmly welcome you and give you all the information you need about the flat, keys and dealing with the procedures of the remaining payment.

The address of the flat is written in our booking confirmation and in the email we usually send a few days before your check-in.
