We used the Paddington short let accomodation for a couple of months and overall we were satisfied with the service.

When something was missing (e.g. DVD player) it was dropped pretty quick to the flat, and the overall accomodation was good although walls are quite thin and the TV reception was a bit inconsistent.

I would overall recommend the service as it provides what it's supposed to, i.e. an inexpensive and very flexible accomodation in central london!

We spent an *** week in the flat in Dollis hill. The flat was clean and tidy. The area was quiet and safe and on top of that not too far from the tube station.
Really good customer service and reasonable prices.

Nice stay at Willesden green.

The accommodation was exactly as in the picture on website but I had some problems with the washing and dryer machines.
The rest was fine.
It was 5 minutes walk to the willesden green tube station, Sainsbury's, small shops and restaurants.
Very quietly and clean.
And the deposit refund was immediately provide.
It was a good cost benefit.

We stayed at the Kilburn High Road flat for 2 weeks in Feb. as we looked for our permanent home. It as less expensive than a hotel and had a great location near the rail and many conveniences.....just downstairs were all the primary UK grocery outlets including Marks and Spencer, all the primary banks, lots of food & coffee. Most important was that the people that we dealt with at Short Let were accommodating and trustworthy having completely fulfilled our contract as promised, returned our deposit quickly and even went out of there way to meet us when we requested a copy of the lease at a minute's notice which was required for bank account application. I think this is a great option if you want something easy, convenient and dependable.
